About me, the Strength Pro
I know what strength is and how to get it. I was a shot-putter at a major university on full athletic scholarship so I was strong, very strong. After college I ran fitness centers for several years, first in Kansas City and then in Ft. Collins, Loveland, Boulder and Grand Junction, Colorado. I have literally put thousands of people on exercise programs and helped them with their diets and nutrition. Plus I've trained many others to do the same thing.
